The Position
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Account Manager is responsible for understanding client needs, managing projects, and providing exceptional customer service. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out and identify potential clients within your assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals) to generate leads and expand the client base.Engage in contract negotiations with prospective clients.Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and other sales-related activities.Regularly prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.Analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.Clearly communicate the benefits of CorePlus Laboratory’s products and services.Establish and develop strong business relationships with clients.Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.Address customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.Analyze the territory or market potential.Track sales performance, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and relevant departments as necessary.Stay informed about CorePlus Laboratory’s products, services, and industry trends.Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to clients.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Participate actively in industry conferences, conventions, and relevant events to represent CorePlus Laboratory and stay informed about industry trends.Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.Knowledge of the industry or market in which the organization operates.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Working Conditions/ Physical Activity:

The Position
As a Warehouse Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the smooth and efficient operations of the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, organizing products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
1. Receiving and Inspecting: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for damage, and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
2. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and update the warehouse database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that items are picked, packed, and labeled correctly for timely delivery to customers or other departments.
4. Organizing and Maintaining: Organize the warehouse to optimize space utilization and maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
5. Quality Control: Assist in conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards before shipping.
6. Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments, and assist in receiving goods from suppliers.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
9. Problem-solving: Identify and address any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, orders, or shipments.
10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily warehouse goals and meet deadlines.
Requirements and Skills

The Position
Under direct supervision, the Histotechnologist 1 (HTL1) is responsible for tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining and equipment maintenance of received samples. The histotechnologist performs a variety of routine and specialized techniques and procedures. Enhances the efficiency and accuracy of lab testing by maintaining adequate laboratory supplies, by keeping equipment in operational condition and by maintaining a clean and orderly laboratory work area. Assists in the preparation of monthly statistical reports by keeping accurate records on all laboratory procedures performed.
Responsibilities
Process, embed, and section tissues.Perform routine, special stain and immunohistochemistry process.Perform daily preventive maintenance of all the equipment in your care area.File tissue blocks.Operate instruments within established guidelines.Perform appropriate troubleshooting to ensure adequate operations.Properly store and dispose chemical and biohazard material. Prepare tissue samples using correct procedures for preservation: processing, embedding, and cooling as appropriate per procedure. Section tissue samples using good microtomy techniques on various microtomes and cryostats to produce acceptable quality slides for staining according to procedures. Adequately use recycler to maximize output of recycled xylene and alcohol. Prioritize and manage workload to meet expected Turn-Around-Times (TATs). Maintain competence and add new skills as technology changes. Work output exceeds average output without sacrificing quality. Evaluate and solve problems related to collection and processing of specimens. Ability to complete work tasks with minimal supervision. Correctly record QC logs.Prepare, label and store chemical and stain stock solutions accurately according to procedures and needs.Accurately perform special stains and record Quality Control (QC) results. Evaluate routine and special stain quality for acceptability and results are communicated to the Supervisor prior to release to the ordering pathologist. Perform any other task that is necessary to keep the workflow of the area.Inform supervisor of inventory changes.Implement the SOP protocols daily.Follow health and safety regulations.Always wear personal protective equipment.Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner with minimal supervision.Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or Laboratory Manager.Interpret policy and established methods and procedures.Follow departmental safety rules, policies, and procedures.Respond to changes in work schedule as necessary or as requested.Establish a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with co-workers.Maintain a clean and organized area.Requirements and Skills
BS degree in science or successful completion of a histology training program/rotation.Certified HTL or provisional license.Must be competent in all facets of histology including processing, embedding, microtomy, H&E staining and special stains.Knowledge of laboratory techniques.Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish. The Position
CorePlus is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support accurate entry, review, and analysis of information within our CRM system. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity and ensuring that client and operational information is complete, accurate, and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working with computer systems in both Spanish and English.

The Position
The Sales & Digital Engagement Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting the administrative backbone of the sales process while helping to strengthen the organization’s digital presence.
