The Position
Under direct supervision, the Medical Technologist 1 (MT1) is responsible for the receiving, processing and analyzing of samples. Provides medical information to organizations and establishments to be used to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases in a clinical and occupational medicine setting. To accurately perform and report all in-house laboratory testing procedures and obtain the necessary specimens for reference laboratory testing, as required. Enhances the efficiency and accuracy of lab testing by maintaining adequate laboratory supplies, by keeping equipment in operational condition and by maintaining a clean and orderly laboratory work area. Assists in the preparation of monthly statistical reports by keeping accurate records on all laboratory procedures performed.
Responsibilities
Conducts analysis on various body fluids such as urine, whole blood and gynecological samples for clinical and molecular studies. Prepares blood and plasma for a variety of laboratory reference tests. Analyzes and identifies blood and urine cells using a microscope techniques and procedures. Keep laboratory equipment’s clean, functional, and calibrated. Completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Organizes laboratory supplies and maintains laboratory inventory records by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Properly and safely disposes of hazardous and infectious waste and materials. Respects patient confidentiality laws. Compiles thorough and professional laboratory reports. Updates and maintains knowledge base by attending workshops, reading, and participating in professional organizations. Ensures accurate laboratory testing by performing phlebotomy on patients when necessary. Prepares reports of technological findings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains inter- and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and hazardous waste policies and protocols, following identification procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintains quality assurance of the Laboratory by performing proficiency testing. Performs QC reporting. Any other related responsibility not previously described.Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in biology Postgraduate in Medical Technology Licensed Medical Technologist ASCP Certified 0-7 years’ experience as a Certified Medical Technologist Standardized knowledge in the fields of clinical chemistry, hematology, Phlebotomy, immunology, Microbiology, and urinalysis Knowledge in complex techniques such as PCR and Andrology testingWorking Conditions/ Physical Activity:

The Position
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to promote and restore the health of patients. You will work with different patients and provide direct nursing care, as well as physical or psychological support when necessary.
Responsibilities
Follow all pre-analytics quality control standards.Sample collection: verify type of test and demographic information of patients.Always Performs sample collection using PPE and observe the universal precautions in every case.Prepares samples and corresponding documentation to be delivered to Reference laboratory.Maintains sample collection area organized and with enough supplies at all time.Performs the phlebotomy materials order monthly.Explain procedure, perform, and document patient vital signs in FNA Clinic.Performs all FNA procedures reports for the Pathologist.Organize and store slides when needed.Assists in the packing of blocks and/or slides requested by an external source.Assists in the resolution of the problem cases identified by the laboratory assistant personnel.Assists Reception and Customer Service Departments by channeling phone calls, coordinating appointments for Cytology samples or FNA clinics when necessary. Perform sample collection to patients at home (home visits), following the established laboratory clinic protocol.Promotes a safe work environment.Coordinate daily with Call Center the list of visits and appointments to be performed.Coordinate with the assigned CSR for pickup of supplies and drop off collected samples as needed. Follow sample collection procedure as established by the Medical Director or assignee. Follow all pre-analytics quality control standards. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nurse Science or related area. Professional Registration, PR Nursing College Certificate, and active License as BSN.Vaccine Certification.CPR Certification.Minimum 1year experience as a nurse.Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration, and Insurance.Able to drive to any assigned project Island wide.Working Conditions/ Physical Activity:

The Position
The Sales & Digital Engagement Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting the administrative backbone of the sales process while helping to strengthen the organization’s digital presence. This position ensures that commercial activities are executed smoothly, ranging from CRM management and proposal generation to managing social media calendars, content coordination, and engagement tracking. The role reports to the Marketing Specialist with a dotted line to the Sales Manager, working closely with both the sales and marketing teams.
