    The Position

    The Sales & Digital Engagement Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting the administrative backbone of the sales process while helping to strengthen the organization’s digital presence. This position ensures that commercial activities are executed smoothly, ranging from CRM management and proposal generation to managing social media calendars, content coordination, and engagement tracking. The role reports to the Marketing Specialist with a dotted line to the Sales Manager, working closely with both the sales and marketing teams.

    Responsibilities

    Social Media & Digital Support (50%)

    • Support creation and scheduling of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
    • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries under brand guidelines
    • Maintain content calendars and coordinate with external marketing agencies, if applicable
    • Track social media engagement metrics and prepare monthly reports
    • Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the Commercialization team

    Sales Administration (50%)

    • Manage and update CRM with lead and client data
    • Generate quotes, proposals, and client-facing documents
    • Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline status, and conversion metrics
    • Coordinate calendars, meeting agendas, and follow-ups for the sales team
    • Assist with onboarding of new clients, including document management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, digital marketing, or client services
    • Experience in healthcare or tech commercialization is a plus
    • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
    • Experience managing CRM systems
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
    • Microsoft Suite proficiency.
    • Calendar management experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    The Position

    The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and to maintain the efficiency in the accounting department.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
    • Recruits and hires accounting staff and conducts performance evaluations.
    • Implements training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.
    • Oversees the system of internal controls over accounting functions to minimize risk.
    • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
    • Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate monthly/annual report.
    • Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
    • Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including the creation of journal entries and reconciliation of general ledger accounts with general ledger accounts.
    • Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
    • Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets.
    • Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
    • Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Know and fully comply with the company's policies and procedures.
    • Report any violation of such policies, but not limited to integrity, conduct, safety, or compliance.
    • Attending meetings, training and activities notified by the company.
    • Report any situation that may affect the fulfillment of their duties.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.S. in Accounting/Finance, master’s degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance supervision.
    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial statements, and generally accepted methods of preparing and analyzing financial statements.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (including Vlooku, pivot tables managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advance formulas).
    • Proficient in QuickBooks or related accounting software.
    • Experience with Puerto Rico tax and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience with Dept de Hacienda’s SURI system.
    • Full Bilingüe.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    La posición

    El Asistente de Facilidades desempeña un papel crucial en el apoyo a la operación y el mantenimiento eficientes de una instalación. Este puesto requiere una combinación de habilidades administrativas, técnicas y de servicio al cliente para garantizar un entorno seguro, limpio y funcional para el personal, los visitantes y los ocupantes. El Asistente de Facilidades ayuda con diversas tareas relacionadas con las instalaciones, incluida la coordinación de mantenimiento, la gestión de inventario, el soporte administrativo y el servicio al cliente.

    Responsabilidades

    1. Ayudar en la coordinación de las actividades de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, incluyendo la programación de reparaciones, inspecciones, y tareas de mantenimiento preventivo.
    2. Colaborar con contratistas y proveedores externos para garantizar la finalización oportuna de las órdenes de trabajo.
    3. Ayudar con auditorías de inventario, conciliaciones y procesos de eliminación.
    4. Servir como punto de contacto para consultas, solicitudes y problemas relacionados con las instalaciones. Responder con prontitud y profesionalidad a las partes interesadas internas y externas, atendiendo sus necesidades o dirigiéndolas al recurso adecuado.

    Requisitos y habilidades

    1. Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
    2. Experiencia en un puesto similar.
    3. Conocimiento de los principios y mejores prácticas de gestión de instalaciones.
    4. Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
    5. Aptitud física para realizar tareas que pueden implicar levantar objetos, mover objetos pesados o estar de pie durante períodos prolongados.
