Position Summary:
Guest Ambassadors communicate with guests looking to make or cancel reservations. They greet guests on arrival, direct them to where they need to be, issue wristbands, and collect payment information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy.
Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationships with regular guests.
Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
Must be able to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ of experience as a Front Desk personnel or as Customer Service Representative OR Minimum of 3 year of employment within a Hotel environment or Spa

Position Summary:
Monitors and warns swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforces pool regulations and water safety policies. Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the pool each day according to scheduled hours
Treat the pool and other water facilities with the correct amount of chemicals
Maintaining a clean and safe pool environment, addressing any risks such as excessive water on surrounding areas presenting a slip risk.
Opening, closing, maintenance and support of saunas, steam rooms, and jacuzzis as directed by management.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Aid the Facilities Managers in any way necessary in order to maintain proper pool operation
Identify & communicate any repair, replacement or upkeep needs including that of safety equipment.
Create a fun and socially rewarding environment for members and their guests.
Enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations in a personable and professional manner.

Proactively seeking ways to positively impact the member experience and address member feedback
Passionate about safety and works proactively to find ways to improve safety and reduce risk in pool area.
Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift, including (but not limited to) safety issues around the pool like water and slip risks
Organizing and overseeing pool parties
keep track of each swimmer in the water
Act immediately and appropriately in the event of an emergency to avoid danger and risk to patrons and guests
Provide emergency care and treatment as required. Perform appropriate follow-up procedures, including the proper use of equipment in the performance of first aid.

Minimum of 1 years experience
Capable and proficient swimmer
Able to support someone (using safety equipment if necessary) in the water and bring them to safety.
Able to carry up to 50lbs
Education Requirements:
Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross)

Position Summary:
The Dishwasher ensures that the kitchen stays clean and organized. They set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning machines. They spend their time loading and unloading dishes from dish machines, washing all pans or utensils that come into contact with food, and scraping identifiers off everything.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support through ensuring that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized
Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, food service tools, and storage containers.
Maintaining the dish machine and three compartment sink, changing out the water when necessary. Properly sets chemical dilutions specified by business.
Clean, dust, sweep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff, the specified areas
Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and the removal of trash and recycling from the kitchen and restrooms.
Informing the Head Baker or General Manager of any cleaning supplies or tools are needed
Break down trash and boxes
Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
As requested by the chef or chef-delegated team members, assists in food prep and any other duties.
Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
Work together with other people on the team productively to ensure that the kitchen meets customer demand

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets customers as they are seated at the table; ensures the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
Distributes menus and presents the daily specials.
Answers questions regarding the menu.
Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them to the kitchen.
Delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers.
Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction; returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen.
Collects plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
Prepares customers checks and collects payments.
Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Comply with nutrition, safety and sanitation regulations.

Position Summary:
The Server Assistant is responsible for taking orders from restaurant guests and delivering their food to them, explaining the menu, asking for food allergies and ensuring to make the best recommendations for food and drinks that WORLD SPA offers. Communicating with kitchen staff, and balancing dishes as they bring them to the appropriate table.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
Deliver condiments and drinks as needed (to include alcoholic beverages).
Refill beverages as needed. Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner.
Promptly and professionally, handle guest issues and communicate problems and concerns to servers and management.
Demonstrate proper table service and full knowledge of the menu and table layout
Supports services staff with arranging tables for large parties when needed
Pre-buss tables.
Clean and reset dirty tables.
Perform various duties to ensure health and sanitation of dining area and server alley including e.g. cleaning floors
Maintain a clean and organized server alley and expo area.
Stock ice and glassware on the server line.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor
Assist and communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and front of the house staff.
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
1+ Years’ experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
Strong knowledge of coffee, beer, wine and liquor service.
Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
Must successfully complete a restaurant training course.
Education Requirements:
Servsafe/Tips Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
