    QualificationsCurrent and valid LPN licenseMinimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.BLS/CPR certification required.
