Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and organized vendor files and accounts payable records. Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closings related to accounts payable. Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure proper coding of project costs and expenses. Prepare and submit required government reports related to subcontractor payments (., 1099s). Utilize construction accounting software to input and track all AP transactions.
