    Basic Qualifications : 1+ years of experience prepping, cleaning, and painting various surfaces in industrial, commercial, or academic settings. 1+ years of experience using and maintaining various types of paint equipment and applicators, such as HVLP, pneumatic, electrostatic, and others. 1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications Experience using basic math (e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, & ratios). Experience do you have handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials. Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel. Ability to use and operate low impact vibratory tools (sander/buffer). Ability to use a respirator or have been respirator certified. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience performing aircraft or autobody painting and finishing operations. Completed 1+ year of autobody paint/collision repair in high school or community and technology college academic program. Typical Education & Experience:

    High school graduate or GED preferred.
