Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Systems Integration Engineers (Associate and Experienced) to join the MQ-25 Product Support Integration SEIT Team located in Hazelwood, MO.
This position will support various systems engineering and integration activities across the BGS MQ-25 scope of work.
This is an exciting time to be a part of the MQ-25 program! The MQ-25 program is currently working the Engineering and Manufacturing Development of 9 flight vehicles and two full-scale test articles for the Navy. In 2021, the MQ-25 test airplane was the first autonomous flying vehicle to refuel a manned aircraft in flight.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the day-to-day execution of systems engineering and integration activities across the MQ-25 Product Support scope of work in support of the MQ-25 Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) Contributes to the development and integration of the Deck Control Device (DCD), Aircraft Maintenance Device (AMD), and Program Loader Set (PLS) including support of lab and on-aircraft testing. Supports requirements management and verification activities across the Product Support organization. Works with product teams to develop and track system and subsystem requirements from inception through verification. Ensures that system and subsystem designs meet contractual requirements Supports Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) management activities across the Product Support portfolio. Coordinate across teams to identify and mitigate DMSMS/obsolescence issues Works closely with the MQ-25 Product Support SEIT Lead, other senior engineers and program management to address technical integration challenges across the program. Analyzes complex technical issues, proposes technically complete solutions, develops execution plans and works to proactively lead small teams to achieve a scope of work. Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.Ability to travel up to 10% in support of Flight Test may be required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Electrical Modification Mechanics to support our F-15SA Modifications team. The Modification Mechanic - Electrical - F 15SA Modifications will execute electrical and avionics modification tasks at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia, applying required technical competence to deliver safe, compliant, and timely modification outcomes.
This is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan Saudi Arabia. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
This role reports to the Operations Manager - F-15SA Modifications.
(The selected candidate will be onboarded in alignment with program start and execution timelines; flexibility in start date and working hours may be required to meet operational demands).
Position Responsibilities:
Modification Execution & Production Support: Perform modification tasks on F-15SA electrical systems in support of the statement of work, using aircraft technical orders, engineering instructions, blueprints, and other authorized publicationsElectrical Systems & Avionics: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical and avionics systems, wiring harnesses, circuit protection, sensors, and interfaces; use appropriate test equipment and procedures to validate work carried out and system functionalityTechnical Interpretation & Problem Solving: Interpret technical documentation (drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical orders) to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex system faults and restore equipment condition and operationWork Sequencing & Coordination: Coordinate with the maintenance controllers, coordinators, and management to sequence and prioritize work; ensure tooling, materials, and test equipment are available for scheduled and emergent tasksAirworthiness & Test Verification: Perform operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections to verify airworthiness and conformity to modification and safety standardsSafety, Quality & Compliance: Adhere to Boeing standards, applicable regulatory requirements, QA, and Safety Management System (SMS) processes; participate in audits and contribute to corrective actions where requiredDocumentation & Records: Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, test reports, and discrepancy documentation in line with program, customer, and regulatory requirementsContinuous Improvement & Training: Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives to improve throughput and quality and participate in / support training initiativesFlexibility & Shift Work: Support a flexible environment with overtime as required to meet program timelines and execution demandsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum 3 years of aircraft modification or maintenance experience with demonstrated competence on electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairProven ability to read and interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance publicationsHands-on experience using aircraft test equipment and standard aircraft toolingStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work in a multi-discipline environment supporting modification programsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Formal qualification in an aircraft engineering/technical discipline equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience or experience on fighter aircraft platforms (F-15 highly desirable) or other military fixed-wing platformsPrior experience supporting aircraft modification programs, MRO, or production environmentsFamiliarity with maintenance recording systems and tool control systemsEx-Pat Information:
