When people need intensive, comprehensive treatment for psychiatric and chemical dependency issues but do not need inpatient or residential hospital care, Natchaug offers intensive, structured clinical treatment in programs that may include up to six hours of treatment a day, five days a week. These intensive treatment programs can help prevent the need for hospitalization. They can also help people make the transition to home after inpatient or residential treatment. Natchaug brings this clinical care closer to people's homes by offering programs throughout Eastern Connecticut. Job Summary Lead Behavioral Health Clinician works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services in the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline's professional code of ethics.
