    Physical Therapist Philadelphia, PA (NE) $90k-$95k per year (DOE) plus bonus compensation potential! Great benefits and excellent work life culture! We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in NE Philadelphia and Glenolden, PA. We need a Physical Therapist with strong orthopedic and manual skills who can work collaboratively in a multimodal approach that is PATIENT-CENTERED! Our therapists need to be self-motivated, very organized, caring and have a degree from an accredited physical therapy program as well as a current license to practice. This position will be split coverage between 2 of our offices, 2 days per week in our Glenolden office and 3 days per week in our NE Philadelphia office. We are a leader in care delivery for personal injury and worker’s compensation cases and have a proven track record of returning patients to their pre-injury level of activity as quickly as possible. Duties: Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, administer treatment with therapeutic exercise, massage, mechanical devices, and therapeutic agents that use the properties of air, water, electricity, sound or light. Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude Supervise PTAs- provide oversight to the PTAs who in turn would be performing selected and delegated tasks. Final discharge of the patient Requirements: Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program Physical Therapy License in PA Schedule: Full time 2 days per week in Glenolden and 3 days per week NE Philadelphia Compensation: $90k-$95k per year (DOE) plus bonus compensation potential!
