    Description
    glassybaby is opening a new hot shop + retail facility in Livingston, MT, and we're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse/Facilities Associate who wants to join a growing team. The Associate will perform all functions related to the Livingston warehouse and support the daily needs of the facilities in coordination with the Warehouse/Facility Manager.
    Primary Duties:
    Review transfer requests through NetSuite to fulfill inventory requested by retail and web from warehouse inventory according to warehouse SOPs
    Ensure timely transport of new inventory production processed by QC to warehouse and move to appropriate bins and locations

    Maintain warehousing layout with proper placement of products and miscellaneous stock (ie non-votive / drinker / raw materials goods) as to keep the walkways and general areas clear and safe
    Pick-up and delivery of parts and equipment as needed
    Sweep warehouse floors as needed to keep clean and clear of miscellaneous debris.
    Conduct daily cycle count process

    Attend warehouse safety training and reviews
    Maintain glassybaby vehicles, ensuring maintenance, registration, and cleanliness
    Proactively adhere to glassybaby inventory policies, procedures, and accuracy standard of less than 2% variance
    Work as a proactive, supportive, self-directed team member, upholding a positive attitude

    Maintain warehouse security by ensuring gates and doors to inventory area are properly locked whenever warehouse operations are down
    Maintain knowledge base on HVAC, security system and Fire/Life safety equipment and be able to train others on how to use them.
    Serve as primary contact for facilitating moving and reconfiguring of furnishings, office systems and company goods on an as needed basis and when it is not disruptive to regular, daily warehouse functions (i.e. cannot delay transfer or store replenishment related activities).

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    Ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition and available for production so that the branch can consistently meet and satisfy customer needs.
    Conduct all timely PM (preventative maintenance/predictive maintenance) tasks, including but not limited to, logging and documenting associated activities for future reference and tracking.
    Demonstrate a commitment to working safely and following OSHA guidelines related to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), forklift operation, machine guarding, and all other applicable laws and regulations.

    Installation of new equipment in coordination with corporate resources and external vendors.
    Support CI/Op-Ex processes, improvements, and other related functions as needed.
    Proactively conduct equipment inspections and safety audits per branch policy and/or as outlined in company best practices.
    Participate in all JHA/JSA reviews, revisions, and improvements.


    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
    Certification or degree from an accredited trade school or three or more years of related experience providing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
    Experience with maintenance scheduling and tracking software (preferred but not required)
    OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 class certification (preferred but not required)

    SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

    Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records, and organizing for the issuing and receiving of merchandise stored in the warehouse as directed.

    Essential Job Functions:

    · Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages

    · Routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods

    · Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials

    · Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage

    · Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment/use

    · May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties

    · Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, working computer skills, and the ability to certify on and operate hand/power trucks.

    SALARY/BENEFITS:

    This is a full-time position with full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability. This is a Service Contract Act position and is subject to prevailing wage determination and applicable DOL regulations
