    The Banquet/Buffet Cook is responsible for preparing food for all catering, banquet and meeting events. Duties include meal planning, ensuring foods are prepared and cooked according to recipe specifications while ensuring all food is appealing and appetizing to casino guests. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
