    Job Summary:
    We are seeking reliable and self-motivated individuals to assist with cleaning and maintaining college dormitories. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Clean and sanitize dorm rooms, bathrooms, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areasRemove trash and replace linersRestock cleaning supplies as neededFollow cleaning checklists and safety proceduresReport any maintenance or safety issuesMaintain a professional and respectful presence on campus

    Requirements:

    MUST pass a 7 to 10 year background check. Ability to work with little to no supervisionStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred but not requiredMust be dependable and able to complete assigned tasks on time
