    Fast paced and physical warehouse work - why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts.Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.


    Pay Range: $19.25 - $22.25 /hr

Employees may receive up to $5,250 per calendar year in educational assistance for tuition and other approved education expenses after completing 90 continuous days of employment.

    Responsibilities

    Assemble and disassemble workstations, furniture modules, and related accessoriesPack, organize, and sort materials required for the setup of a new delivery centerOperate the Forklift as neededAnchor and secure racking systems to ensure safety and stabilityRemove and scrape floor tape as part of layout adjustmentsAssemble wooden tables and other support structuresOperate basic power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work area

    Performing work in compliance with safety procedures and the code of conductForklift LicenseBe willing to go through a background check and safety trainingGood sight and hearing abilitiesBe able to stand and walk for long periodsMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust comply with the proper use of PPETeam player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkersAble to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assignedMust be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project (3 months)

    As a Box Sorter, your primary responsibilities will include:
