    Job Description:

    • Work with National Recruiting team to support their efforts to source, recruit and qualify applicants.

    • Make outbound and answer incoming calls as needed to gather documentation from applicants. Contact other carriers to verify applicants driving experience.

    • Process applicants to Qualified Pending by Safety Risk Management.

    • Track and update all applicants in Tenstreet platform.

    • Ensure applicants qualify and meet SRM criteria based on information from application, 3rd party qualifying reports and VOPEs.

    • Responsible for verifying applicants previous driving experience as part of driver qualification.

    • Reduce time safety spends reviewing applications by consistently providing quality applicant files.

    • Manage time efficiently to qualify applicants in Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.


    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    • Experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting desirable

    Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

    Key Responsibilities

    As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the restaurant’s operational and financial performance. Your duties will include:

    • Overseeing daily operations for both Front-of-House and Back-of-House departments, ensuring seamless service and kitchen execution.

    • Providing strategic leadership to all team members, cultivating a service-driven culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

    • Recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring management and hourly staff to build leadership bench strength and drive retention.

    •Managing full Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, COGS, labor percentage, and other KPIs to achieve sustained profitability.

    • Leading execution of all health, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.

    • Elevating the guest experience through prompt service recovery, community engagement, and promotion of brand reputation.

    • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative menu rollouts, event activations, and local partnership opportunities.

    • Implementing systems and processes for operational excellence, ensuring rigorous adherence to quality, service, and ambiance.

     

    Qualifications

    •Minimum of 3 years’ progressive leadership experience managing a full-service, high-volume restaurant with both FOH and BOH operations.

    • Demonstrated success with full P&L responsibility, financial analysis, budget management, and cost control strategies.

    • Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including culinary, bar, and guest services.

    • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead diverse teams through hands-on involvement and a solution-driven approach.

    • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs. You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

    Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.Successful management of labor and staff schedulingEffective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expendituresMaintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.Further growth through educational/training opportunitiesPerform other related duties as required and assigned.
