Keeping pet enclosures and play areas spotless, safe, and sanitized (because nobody likes a stinky litter box).Serving up meals and fresh water like a 5-star pet resort concierge.Monitoring the health, happiness, and, yes, poop of every pet guest—because details matter.Reporting anything unusual to the General or Assistant Manager (you’ll be their eyes and ears).Supervising playtime, tail-wagging, and the occasional game of fetch.Assisting with brushing and bath time (rubber ducky optional).Handling laundry and belongings so every pet has clean snuggly stuff.Making tails wag. That’s the real goal here.

General Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in a high-energy, full-service dining environment with a premier craft cocktail program. This executive leadership role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and maintaining brand excellence through both front-of-house and back-of-house management. Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the restaurant’s operational and financial performance. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing daily operations for both Front-of-House and Back-of-House departments, ensuring seamless service and kitchen execution.

• Providing strategic leadership to all team members, cultivating a service-driven culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring management and hourly staff to build leadership bench strength and drive retention.

• Directing labor management, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain coordination for maximum efficiency and cost control.

•Managing full Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, COGS, labor percentage, and other KPIs to achieve sustained profitability.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 years’ progressive leadership experience managing a full-service, high-volume restaurant with both FOH and BOH operations.

• Demonstrated success with full P&L responsibility, financial analysis, budget management, and cost control strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including culinary, bar, and guest services.

• Ability to inspire, coach, and lead diverse teams through hands-on involvement and a solution-driven approach.

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs. You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.Successful management of labor and staff schedulingEffective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expendituresMaintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.Further growth through educational/training opportunitiesPerform other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate.2-year college degree preferred (but not required)Must have at least 1 year of leadership experienceBasic IT and computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office, G Suite)Ability to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends.Be present in the moment with a positive attitude.Ability to coach, mentor, and trainPresent professional image according to appearance guidelinesStrive to exceed expectations and maintain accountability.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Ability to lift 25lbs.
