What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Plumber, you'll be the Lead on our plumbing new construction and remodel projects from start to finish.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for the design and installation on each New Construction or Remodel project.
Ability to read prints relevant to plumbing design and install.
Attention to detail, accurate documentation of hours, and material per job.
Coach and Lead the apprentices.
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts team.

Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements. Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met. Manages maintenance managers to ensure performance and cost focus across the area. Reviews capital equipment requisitions in line with Corporate guidelines and objectives. Manages effective utilization of vehicle assets. Ensures maintenance shops are adequately staffed and mechanics are properly trained. Ensures vehicle management systems are effectively utilized. Complies with and ensures adherence to WM's Mission to Zero standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. Meets all financial review dates and corporate directed programs in a timely fashion. Assists in budget process as required. Assists in creating a positive team-oriented environment through employee development and motivation. Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the maintenance shops through regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Oversees personnel needs of the department including selecting, coaching, and training staff and maintenance managers, and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. The Assistant Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs, and recommending products and services. The Assistant Stylist position is a temporary position that is intended to prepare talent for a stylist position to deliver quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look.
