Objective:
ZWILLING is looking for a part time Sales Associate to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maximize sales results to achieve or exceed annual budgetEnsure outstanding and consistent customer serviceMaintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standardsConduct product demonstrations for all brands and categoriesExecute special events to generate trafficMaintain Customer Relationship Management systemReceive shipments in an organized and timely mannerMaintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphereQualifications and Skills:
A culinary passion!Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekendsCommitment to customer service and constant improvementRetail sales experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to changeAble to stand and/or walk for extended periods of timeAble to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States. Recruit top talent for our retail store. Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment Uphold company policies and standardsRetail Store Operations:
Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedback Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees.Marketing and Customer Relations

Genuine passion for culinary products and experiences Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail experience considered.
