As a Trainer, you'll lead advanced classes, guide owners, and cultivate meaningful connections between pets and their humans. Your expertise will help dogs become well-behaved companions, and your passion will make every interaction a symphony of understanding, trust, and harmony.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging dog training sessions using positive reinforcement techniques
- Assess and evaluate dogs' behavior and training needs
- Develop customized training plans for each furry friend
- Teach essential skills such as obedience, leash walking, and socialization
- Address and modify behavioral issues with finesse
- Provide guidance and support to dog owners
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dog training or related fields
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior, learning theory, and positive reinforcement training methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with confidence and patience
- Familiarity with kennel operations and best practices for dog care
