Job Summary This position is based in our Kirkland, WA office. The Director of Demand Generation leads the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing programs that fuel Ziply Fiber’s residential growth across all sales channels, including e-commerce, call center, and direct sales. This role oversees a team responsible for inbound and outbound campaigns—spanning paid media, direct mail, retargeting, outbound calling, and local events—focused on lead nurturing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. With a sharp focus on cost per gross addition (CPGA) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), the Director collaborates cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to align efforts and accelerate impact. This is a high-visibility role for a results-oriented marketer passionate about turning insights into strategy at a fast-growing brand.
