Compensation

Lead all daily restaurant operationsRecruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing teamCoach employees and managers to deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive sales while managing labor and food cost goalsMaintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and operational standardsCreate employee schedules and maintain proper staffing levelsOversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, payroll verification, and administrative responsibilitiesEnsure company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followedBuild a positive, accountable, and performance-driven cultureQualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experienceProven leadership and team development skillsExperience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventoryStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and coaching skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWillingness to lead from the front and support every area of the restaurant when neededWhat We're Looking For
