Key Responsibilities:Build strong customer relationships and ensure seamless communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Use technology and data to monitor, track, and optimize customer orders, and take corrective action when needed.Deliver on customer workflows and SOPs to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and high-quality service.Manage conflict and navigate difficult conversations with the customer using tact and diplomacyLeverage negotiation skills and market insights to create tailored, cost-effective solutions for clients.Provide ongoing issue resolution, offering alternatives and options to meet customer needs in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams to improve daily execution and refine processesQualifications:
