Electrical Production Operator Job Summary:
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: Contract to Hire (6-months), $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Assemble component parts into completed battery pack and module line units while maintaining quality standards
• Perform equipment adjustments, setups, and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks using gauges, fixtures, and inspection equipment
• Maintain safety, quality, production, and housekeeping (5S) standards
• Follow established work instructions, quality processes, and manufacturing procedures
• Identify assembly abnormalities and assist with problem-solving efforts
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet production goals
Electrical Production Operator Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Familiarity with torque tools and common hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and wire strippers
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
