Support other departments and employees when additional assistance is required to expedite high priority tasks.     Essential Skills and Experience

    3+ years experiences in industrial maintenance technician position in manufacturing. Understanding of production line operations and workflows, including how maintenance activities impact uptime, safety, and output. Knowledge of communication protocols and escalation procedures to ensure timely and accurate information flow during service events. Service-oriented communication skills, including active listening, clear status updates, and professional interactions with internal customers.Coursework in Maintenance related discipline; Electrical certification or industrial electronics education.Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical and Hydraulic Systems.Advanced knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing/operations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational, task management and critical thinking skills.Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office.English language competency. 


    Preferred Skills and Responsibilities

    Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.Allen Bradley PLC programming experience.Experience with total productive maintenance systems (TPM).Familiar experience with Honing and Machining.Familiar with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
