Role Overview As a Retail Account Manager in sales, you will play a pivotal role in growing relationships with retail clients to drive sales and achieve sales targets. This role combines client relationship management, sales execution, and market analysis to maximize business opportunities within the retail portfolio. Property Visits: Regularly visit high-value properties to assess service quality, gather feedback, and strengthen client relationships. Educate partners and prospects on Zentro internet benefits and differentiators. Become the preferred ISP within portfolio by fostering relationships with partners. Organize and participate in retail events, building launches, and training sessions to boost brand awareness and sales. Ensure marketing material is up to date and gain partners to drive new customer sales. Leverage the relationship to increase brand recognition with existing customer bases. Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with property managers to keep them informed of updates, promotions, and new services that may benefit their properties. Research, manage simultaneous communication internally and externally to resolve incidents. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client engagement, issue resolution to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Maintain detailed notes on communication and marketing efforts in CRM. Aid partners with account access, portal navigation, invoice review, and billing adjustments. Market Research (occupancy, demographics, competitors offer, etc.) needed to effectively market and target customers at assigned properties. Identify opportunities for a competitive sales approach and make recommendations. Drive sales to increased month over month productivity and positively.     Role Overview
    The MDU Construction Manager oversees and is responsible for the build out of Zentro’s network infrastructure and equipment in Multi Dwelling Units. The MDU Construction Manager is accountable for all aspects of the project from start to finish, working with the property, internal teams and external contractors to complete the build outs on time and on budget. This role also serves as a subject matter expert in the field ensuring that installations are done correctly and to Zentro’s specifications.

    Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the construction of network infrastructure installations in multi-dwelling unit buildings. Ensuring they are done to company standards and specifications, providing direction to Network Deployment Technicians as well as subcontractor partners. Manage multiple simultaneous projects at any given time.Works in the field at various on-going Zentro construction projects.Able to be a primary point of contact for both internal and external stake holders.Proficient knowledge of structured cabling & signal flow (Ethernet/Fiber Optics)Proficient construction project management knowledge/able to execute and track multiple projects and tasks.Accurate scheduling and forecasting of key dates / milestones and overall project completion.     As a Field Service Technician with Zentro, you’ll find yourself working in some of downtown Chicago's premier high-rise and mid-rise buildings, supporting both our Internet and DirecTV services. You’ll need to be able to work independently, but most importantly, you’ll need to have excellent customer service skills as you’ll educate customers on our services. We’ll look to you to promote our services as a premier service provider while you provide best-in-industry customer service during appointments.  

    Your day to day:  

    Utilize the existing cabling (ethernet fiber, coax, etc) to provide Internet and DirecTV to the customer. 

    Install and troubleshoot Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). 

    Use proper tools and meters (i.e. DirecTV AIM Meter) to ensure optimization of our services.  

    Verify all services are working optimally and demonstrate the services to the customers.  

    Perform routine clean-up and maintenance of our equipment in IDFs/MDFs. 

    Use a company issued PC and your personal cell phone to update and complete scheduled appointments.  

    Drive a company vehicle (if available).  

    Communicate with our CSRs and NOC when required to get the job done.  

    Qualifications:  

    Complete understanding of the physical layer, Cat 5/6, 66 blocks, 110 blocks, patch panels, multimode fiber, coax, etc.   

    Customer friendly personality and good conversation skills.  

    Superior troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.  

    Solid understanding of home networking equipment, switches, routers, WiFi, streaming devices, etc.   

    Experience with DirecTV service. 

    Proficient computer skills. 

    Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools such as, but not limited to: ping, traceroute, telnet, ssh, etc. 

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  

    Proficient in troubleshooting common DirecTV errors such as 771 and 775.  

    Physical requirements:  Must be able to lift 60 lbs and be ok with standing for long periods and comfortable working in different positions such as kneeling, crouching, stooping, and other uncomfortable positions.     

    Requirements:  

    Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.  

    Must be willing to work day, evening or night hours; overtime, emergency on-call rotation, weekends and holidays as required. 

    Must be reliable and punctual.  

    Highly Preferred Qualifications:  

    Experience with both Internet and DirecTV services in an Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU).  Nearly all of our customers reside in a midrise or a high-rise (not single family homes).
