The Opportunity
At Zenpack, closing the deal is just the beginning. Once a client is on board, the real work starts — and that's where you come in.
As our Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients after the sale. You'll drive projects through production, coordinate across our US, Taiwan, and China teams, and make sure every order lands on time, on spec, and to standard.
This role is for someone who is organized, communicative, and genuinely enjoys managing complexity across cultures and time zones.
What You'll Do
Own client relationships from contract through deliveryCoordinate between US clients and production/design teams in China & TaiwanManage timelines, track order status, and proactively communicate updatesReview specs, samples, and production details for quality and accuracyHandle revisions, change orders, and issue resolutionMaintain accurate records in HubSpot (projects, comms, follow-ups)Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts and flag to salesPartner with BD to ensure smooth client onboarding after handoffWho You Are (Must-Have)
3+ years of B2B account management, client success, or project coordination experienceBilingual English / Mandarin Chinese — you'll work daily with our China and Taiwan teamsDetail-oriented; comfortable juggling 10+ active projectsStrong written & verbal communicator across cultures and time zonesBased in the San Jose Bay Area; able to work from our San Jose officeNice-to-Have
Experience in packaging, print, or manufacturing industriesHubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiencyExperience working with CPG, beauty, or DTC brandsCompensation & Benefits
