    We are currently seeking a trusted leader to help our teams to thrive. In this role, you will lead and implement the people strategy for our Operations team, working directly with Senior Director of Human Resources. You'll also manage a small team of HR Business Partners who support the organization including engineering, marketing, community, and business development. Your work will empower our goal to make smart, data-driven decisions while fostering a dynamic culture.

    Lead initiatives to define our team's key objectives (alongside the business) and create frameworks for team members to set OKRs that align with those goals and identify measurable results.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.Serve as an executive coach and mentor across the organizationLead and develop High Potential Program: Manage and mentor individuals to their full potential. Ensuring their growth and continue development to success.Implement as Strategic Partner: Work with team leaders to shape and implement talent strategies that align with business goals, including performance management, compensation, development programsLeverage your deep understanding of the business and talent to coach leaders and influence decision making, fostering long-term growth and resilience.Use data insights to guide decision making, trends, and impact organizational growth.

    Salary: The base salary range is 150,000 USD - 185,000 USD

    The salary range for this position applies to your geographical location (Example Tier 1: SF Bay Area, NYC Metro, Tier 2: Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, Tier 3 Austin, Dener, Chicago). Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, related field, or equivalent experience.Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders to drive our organizational and people strategy forward.Demonstrated analytical expertise in HR data, capable of translating insights into recommendations for senior management.5+ years of proven leadership experience teams to successful outcomes
