    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Turning vacant units including painting and maintenance.Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor.Inspecting grounds daily.

    Prerequisites:

    Submit to background check and drug screening.Must have valid driver's license.

    Qualifications:
