Lead the Care Navigation, Intake, and Authorizations teams.Improve the client journey from referral to service start.Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational improvements.Partner with Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Payor Relations.Develop scalable workflows that support organizational growth.Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders.Ensure compliance with payer requirements and organizational policies.Resolve escalated client access and authorization issues.What You'll Bring
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of healthcare operations, client access, intake, authorizations, or revenue cycle experience.3+ years of leadership experience.Experience with insurance eligibility, authorizations, and healthcare documentation.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred:
