Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for outpatient mental health and social service support for the Survivor Empowerment Services (SES) Sexual Assault Crisis Services/Domestic Violence/Human Trafficking Team. The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision for SES therapists pursuing licensure (as appropriate), case managers, interns and/or students. Duties
Collaborates with Clinical Manager, Empowerment Services Director and Chief Program Officer to strengthen and expand the clinical program design, planning and implementation.Oversees team consultations to review and discuss client treatment plan creation and follow up for assigned cases. May provide direct support with more complex cases.Ensures completion of biopsychosocial assessments, creating trauma informed treatment plans, developing treatment goals, infusing and training on the trauma informed approach and administer discharge planning.Responsible for, and acts as the lead staff in coordinating individual and group supervision for clinical therapists and interns who are pursuing licensure.Abides by all legal and ethical guidelines associated with professional organizations in the clinical field (e.g., NASW/Board of Behavioral Sciences).Develops and implements annual outreach plan to appropriate graduate programs to recruit the needed number of clinical interns.Plans SA/DV training program with clinical manager for clinical interns and assists in training and supervising therapists staff, interns, and volunteers.Supports case managers to provide support services to clients as appropriate, to include, but not limited to information and referral, crisis intervention and advocacyQualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or counseling related field, with valid CA license (LCSW, LMFT).Five years or more of clinical practice experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial positionCalifornia Certification for Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor Training and/or Domestic Violence Training desirable. Current certification required or must be obtained as a condition of continued employment.Ability to work with individuals who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence and human trafficking.Experience working with diverse cultures and demonstrated ability to work with people of various ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientation and gender identities.Bilingual in Spanish preferredThis position is for 20-40 hours a week and is an hybrid, exempt position.
Location varies. Sites available in Long Beach, Compton, South LA.
Salary ranges from $41-$43/hr. ($85,000-$90,000/yr)

Position Overview
The Director of Real Estate and Facilities is responsible for overseeing our portfolio of facilities (owned and leased) including the operations, maintenance, security, and management of all facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals and values. The Director provides strategic oversight and works with the CFO, CEO and Board of Directors Real Estate Committee to leverage and transform our real estate assets, including assessing, developing, and potentially selling underutilized properties as well as acquiring new leased or purchased properties. The role includes budget management, project management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Duties
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations. Evaluate, select, and manage contracts and relationships with vendors, and contractors.Oversee landlord and tenant relations (both where YWCA GLA is the landlord or tenant).Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ADA, OSHA, fire safety codes, and environmental standards.Conduct regular inspections, safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.Develop and implement emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents.Oversee security protocols for the facilities, including cameras, locked gates, etc. working with onsite program management.Implement and manage a preventive maintenance schedule for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical).Oversee new and existing leases (both where YWCA GLA is the landlord or tenant), working with real estate professionals and legal counsel where appropriate, to negotiate leases and related matters.Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget, including operating costs, capital expenses, and utilities.ollaborate with Program and Finance teams to ensure compliance with grant requirements and funding regulations.Plan and execute capital improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Lead, develop and support the facilities staff and contractors, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum five years’ progressive experience in facilities management with proven knowledge of facilities infrastructure, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, and basic code requirements.Minimum two years’ experience managing a team of people and communicating with senior management.Must have strong familiarization with CAL/OSHA state and federal workplace laws and regulations for office and preferably, within children’s play and learning environments. Demonstrable experience monitoring and documenting regular compliance with OSHA/Cal-OSHA and IIPPs.Non-profit experience is desirable.Work Location:
