About the Role
As YuJas Account Executive (AE), youll help regulated organizations transform how they manage and deliver digital content, ensuring engagement, collaboration, compliance, accessibility, and security. Theres never been a more critical time to be in tech sales in this space.
In this quota-carrying role, youll drive new business from prospecting through closing. By uncovering opportunities, deeply understanding client challenges, and aligning YuJas solutions to meet their needs, youll position YuJa as a trusted partner, whether its helping an educational institution scale their video platform or enabling a government agency to meet accessibility standards.
At YuJa, sales isnt transactional, its consultative. Youll lead with empathy and insight, guiding clients to embrace digital transformation with confidence. Once a deal is closed, youll transition accounts to our dedicated client success team to ensure long-term partnership.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.Lead discovery conversations to understand regulatory, accessibility, and media content needs.Deliver tailored demos that align YuJas solutions to client outcomes.Negotiate terms and drive deals to close with urgency and professionalism.Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quota.About You
2-3 years of proven success as an Account Executive.Experience in SaaS sales is a plus and will help you excel in this role.Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas through effective pipeline management and successful enterprise-level deal closures.Ability to navigate through complex layers of decision makers.Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills.Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit.Ambitious, eager to learn and eager to grow.Why You'll Love Working Here

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $85,000$95,000 and an UN-CAPPED commission structure with a target OTE of $105,000$125,000. About the Role
This is an expansion role designed to support the continued growth and scaling of our Sales Development team. Our Sales Development team members are at the forefront of our growth, responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, identifying and creating value, and helping to drive revenue by prospecting new clients.
About You
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Sales Development, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.A deep interest in performance-based rolesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Educational Requirements

About the Role
YuJa Inc. is looking for a proactive, results-driven Account Manager (Client Success & Growth) to join our Client Success team. This role is pivotal in driving post-sales success, client retention, and revenue growth through strategic upselling and renewals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand their engagement with YuJa.
What you will be doing
Build strong relationships with enterprise clients by delivering tailored training and onboarding experiences for all our SaaS products. Lead negotiations for the renewal of agreements and manage changes to client contracts efficiently. Upsell specific product enhancements, such as Add-ons or Widgets with additional, relevant beneficial features. Prepare and provide accurate price quotations for product upgrades and additional services in a timely manner. Provide in-depth training and support, ensuring clients understand and maximize the value of our solutions. Monitor client accounts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, integrating insights into proactive client support strategies. Resolve technical issues effectively for all products, ensuring seamless client experience. Deliver regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.About You
