Role Overview As a member of our Americas Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Yugabyte's existing enterprise customers across North America and Latin America. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for expansion within current accounts. The ideal candidate builds trusted relationships with customers, understands their technical and business priorities, and aligns YugabyteDB's solutions to support their long-term success. This role requires strong communication, account management, and sales execution skills, along with the ability to collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver value and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in a high-growth database, cloud, or infrastructure technology company. Track record of driving expansion and renewals within existing customers, contributing to consistent ARR growth. Strong understanding of Challenger Sales and MEDDIC principles, with the ability to apply them to account growth and customer success. Skilled at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning them with YugabyteDB's capabilities.
