    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead group fitness classes including Les Mills BODYPUMP, strength training, cardio, or step, with an emphasis on proper form, technique, and safety.Motivate participants to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and positive environment.Provide modifications and adjustments for participants of all fitness levels.Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism during every class.Monitor and assess participants' progress and provide feedback when necessary.Ensure equipment is set up before class and properly cleaned and stored afterward.Assist in promoting additional fitness programs and services offered by the gym.

    Our YMCA facility features a dynamic Aquatics Center that includes a competitive pool, a recreation pool, a hot tub area, and a state-of-the-art viewing gallery which attracts area swim teams for large meets.


    Essential Duties include:

    • Instruct swimming lessons as assigned, preparing engaging lesson plans.

    • Build positive relationships with members and participants, providing motivational support.

    • Encourage involvement from members and parents, identifying potential volunteers.

    • Supervise students consistently, ensuring their safety and providing assistance as needed.

    • Share information about our aquatics programs and schedules, referring participants to other offerings as appropriate.

    • Maintain accurate records (attendance, progress reports, etc.).

    • Adhere to all YMCA policies and emergency procedures, completing incident reports when necessary.

    • Arrive on time, in proper uniform/equipment, ready for each shift.

    • Attend scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.

    • Organize and maintain class equipment, reporting any damages.

    • Train and supervise class aides as needed.

Classes will be offered on Saturday mornings.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Lead ballet instruction for toddler to pre-school age children.

    · Provide program participants with a safe and healthy environment.

    · Prepare students to perform in two program showcases throughout the year.

    · Ensure that classes are delivered in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.

    · Develop group cooperation in class setting.

    · Provide program instruction that matches participants’ strengths, assessing challenges and offering guidance for improvement.

    · Maintain and submit program documentation as required (lesson plans, monthly reports, incident/accident reports, attendance and sign-in/sign-out sheets).

    Under the supervision and guidance of the Director of Child Care and Summer Camp Site Coordinator, the Summer Camp Counselor – Childcare provides direct supervision of a group of campers in the Childcare Summer Camp Program.     Supervise a group of up to 10 campers and be responsible for their safety and well-being at all times.     Under the supervision of the Director of Mental Health Services, the Mental Health Program Specialist will be responsible for overseeing program recruitment, conducting participant assessments and screenings, managing cases, delivering individual and group programming and curricula, and coordinating various programs and events.

    Essential Duties:
