This role will require: -Strong Knowledge of Japanese Cuisine -Prior restaurant experience -Taking pride in beautiful presentation, high quality, and high standards of food safety being a friendly team player; have lots of fun, think ahead and multi-task to support other teammates -Availability to work weekends -Being reliable and on-time/ 15 minutes early to work The pay is dependent upon ability.
