We are a growing small size personal injury firm looking to hire a case manager who has experience with the following, particularly related to auto accidents cases:
* Manage cases from inception to preparing the case for demand
* Opening claims
* Completing Property Damage (inspections, total loss, rental, etc.)
* Scheduling clients with doctors
* Monitoring client treatment
* Obtaining Medical Records
* Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
* Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
* Locate and develop case relevant information
* Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
* Drafting Property Damage Demands
Requirements:
* PRIOR PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST applications with no prior personal injury experience will not be considered.
* Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
* Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
* Computer literacy
* Proficiency in English
* Organized and self sufficient
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Punctual and Reliable
* Proficient in computer programs (ie: email, Microsoft Office)
Pay is based on experience, a friendly and family-oriented environment, raises for good performance, and room for growth! Applicant must be bilingual Armenian and Spanish speaking candidates preferred.
