    Your New Role

    Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Mahopac, New York

    Work on central air systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, PTAC units, and gas, propane, and electric heating systems

    Service hydronic and geothermal systems

    Complete routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune ups

    Identify system issues and present repair or replacement solutions to customers

    Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system performance

    Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes

    Document service calls and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software

    Maintain an organized service vehicle and professional job site

    Deliver clear communication and high quality customer service

    Travel throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties

    OSHA 30 and SST certifications preferred or willingness to obtain

    Your New Role

    As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will be the expert customers rely on to keep their heating and cooling systems running at peak performance:

    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems

    Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance evaluations

    Identify system inefficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions

    Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and safety controls

    Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology

    Ensure all repairs and service work meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications

    Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized service vehicle

    As an HVAC Installation Technician based in Mahopac, NY, your responsibilities will include:

    Installing HVAC and PTAC systems, including central air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, gas, propane, and electric heating systems, hydronic systems, and geothermal systems

    Removing and replacing existing equipment and completing full system change-outs

    Performing ductwork fabrication and modifications to ensure proper airflow and system performance

    Setting condensers, air handlers, furnaces, thermostats, and related components

    Completing system start-ups, performance testing, and final quality checks

    Ensuring every installation meets local and state code requirements and manufacturer specifications

    Accurately documenting installation details using platforms such as ServiceTitan
