What You Will Be Doing:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a defined customer account list for the Product Support team. ISRs will provide solutions to customers for maintaining their machines through parts and service sales solutions. They will also be involved in the lead follow-up process for incoming sales leads, all while working in a team environment. The ISR role will incorporate the foundational skills for sales while participating in the Yancey Bros. Co. sales training program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 45 customer calls per day and follow up with incoming customer leads.Contact customers on a defined account list to deliver sales, parts, and service solutions to the customer per established guidelines.Expected results include incremental sales, parts, and service revenues in addition to improved participation on deals and market share.Daily collaboration with other Yancey Bros. Co. Sales Reps (CCE Specialists, PSSRs, Rental Sales and General Line Reps) to develop and deliver solutions for customers.Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have a strong interest in learning about sales, be willing to discuss with customers their account and needs for additional equipment and collaborate with Yancey Sales Reps to develop and deliver solutions for our customers. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.5+ years of call center and/or sales experience preferred.Required Qualifications/Skills:
Long-term interest in future sales opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.Demonstrated success in prior work experience.For experienced professionals, previous work history in sales, parts, or rental sales is preferred.Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to customer requirements.High energy and strong work ethic required.Ability to effectively communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone and through technology.Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. Significant experience in the heavy equipment industry will also be acceptable.Values:

As the Product Support Sales Representative Associate you will support a machine service shop in a given region. The PSSR Associate will be responsible for assisting the Product Support Sales Representatives in selling parts and service solutions to customers by collaborating with the PSSRs and Service Teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing:As the Fleet Performance & Consulting Manager this is both a strategic and operational client-facing role focused on optimizing customer equipment utilization, reducing operating costs, and maximizing machine uptime through data-driven insights and consulting. You will act as a bridge between the Yancey Bros. Co. service capabilities and the customer's operational goals.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Insights, Service, Sales, Marketing, and Digital Solutions teams.Condition Monitoring and Predictive MaintenanceCondition Monitoring: Manage a team of condition monitoring analysts to proactively monitor machine health data (telematics, oil analysis, inspections) to predict failures, reduce downtime, and optimize fleet performance for customers by providing actionable maintenance recommendations, create technical reports, and collaborate with aftermarket teams to improve product support loyalty and conversion rate.Data Analysis: Use telematics, GPS, and IoT sensor data to monitor machine health including engine diagnostics, hydraulic pressure, and fault codes.Fluid Analysis (S•O•S):Use oil and coolant sample results to identify internal engine or component wear after failure occurs.Proactive Scheduling: Shift from reactive repairs to predictive maintenance using real-time data to schedule services just after they are needed.Data Analysis & Consulting: Conduct in-person customer consultations, fleet reviews, and executive-level value discussions. What You Will Be Doing:As the CAT Compact Yard Coordinator you will responsible for the overall organization and movement on the yard. The CAT Compact Yard Coordinator will operate heavy equipment by loading and unloading new, used and customer equipment as they come into the yard. The position is also responsible for completing all receiving and transferring of attachments and completing the monthly inventory check of attachments on the yard.
Primary Responsibilities:
Load and unload machines and attachments from lowboy trailersLog all incoming & exiting trucks that come onto the yardLog all shipping & receiving of machines & attachments in tracking systemCheck in heavy rents and customer machineClean, fuel and perform pre/post inspections on machinesMaintain outside facilities to include organizing machines on the yard and cutting yard with mowerInventory equipment in yardAdditional Responsibilities:
