    What You Will Be Doing:

    As the Industrial Electrician you will perform fundamental electrical installs for industrial packaging on a daily basis. You will also perform all duties related to industrial packaging for backup power.

    Primary Responsibilities:Working knowledge of basic electrical installationWiring AC & DC lights, 3-way switches, GFCI receptacles, Load CenterBending and sizing of conduit, sizing of wireInterpret current NEC codesInterpret shop drawingsAdditional Responsibilities:Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Who We Are Looking For:

    To be successful in this position you should have prior experience as an electrician in either the commercial or residential field.     What You Will Be Doing:

    As the Parts Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for pulling stock orders for customers, technicians and other stores in the Yancey family. The Parts Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for daily cycle counts, maintaining a clean warehouse and using the man lifts in a safe manner.

    Primary Responsibilities:Perform and enter daily cycle counts each morning prior to receiving stock or billing out any items.Receive all stock orders each day and properly bin locate any items that do not already have bin locations assigned.Inspect worn cores after issuing credit.Review all part and core credits issued from previous day to verify receipt.Build hoses utilizing proper assembly and contamination control techniques.Pull all orders in a timely manner including branch transfers received prior to cut-off, delivering shop orders, and assisting customers with loading.Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and cleaning each day.Process and return cores each week.Respond to all warranty parts return requests each week.Purge unneeded items from warranty hold areas monthly.Additional Responsibilities:Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Who We Are Looking For:

You should have basic computer skills, safety conscious and the willingness to learn.     The Pathfinder Director, Sales & Engineering is responsible for staffing, direction, planning, sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction for Pathfinder Power Solutions sales, project management, & engineering in the Pathfinder Power defined territory. This position leads the development of new business opportunities to continually grow and develop the sale of the Perkins Engine product as well as increase the depth of our market penetration and increase the breadth and scope of services/products offered.

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:Defines the vision, strategies and priorities for Pathfinder Power Solutions that result in improved growth, profitability and market share. Creates and achieves annual business plans (budget, objectives and action plans, capex, headcount, inventory and unit sales forecast) and assures plans are fully executedProvides strategic direction, market analysis, business planning and operational oversight to the sales and engineering teams.. Responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by various surveys. Leads the Department in terms of corporate culture. Walks the talk, exemplifies the values of Safety, Integrity, Sense of Urgency, Teamwork, and Excellence and does all of this while enhancing and protecting the company’s reputation and with excellent, profitable results Provides leadership and expertise to continuously improve key departmental functions to best in class levels in the areas of efficiency, quality, profitability and responsiveness.     As the Rental Shop Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on a variety of rental, customer equipment, and tools.     What You Will Be Doing:

    As an Industrial Engine Field Service Technician, you will be the field service support of our Caterpillar Industrial line of engines found in various applications such as drills, grinders, cranes, etc. Duties will include field service diagnostics and repair of Caterpillar and other makes Diesel engines in a variety of equipment and applications.

    Primary Responsibilities:Works in a neat and orderly manner, maintaining a safe work environment and a constant focus on completing the task at hand safely.Proficiently and accurately perform maintenance, diagnose and repairs on Caterpillar and other makes of power generation equipment in a variety of applications ranging from EPG to Industrial.Apply specific failure analysis techniques and procedures in determining root cause of failures and relaying that information to customers and office personnel.Cares for and maintains company machines/equipment to the highest standards and ensures co-workers are doing the same.Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performedWrite full reports on findings from field service events, with clear, concise informationCommunicate effectively and professionally with customers on the status of their maintenance and/or repairs.Must be willing to work overtime as required depending on customer needs & fluctuating workloads, also need to be available for after-hours calls as needed.Must be able to obtain a CDL license if requiredAdditional Responsibilities:Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Who We Are Looking For:
