    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying & converting leads and optimizing relationships with existing exceptional customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings. This

    role focuses on high-touch outreach to small, untapped customers to drive revenue growth.

    Essential Job Duties

    1. Lead Generation & Qualification:

    Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calls and emailsRespond to inbound inquiries & qualify leads based on their needs and buying potentialBuild & maintain relationships with leads over time, nurturing them until conversion

    2. Customer Management:

    Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize retentionProactively reach out to a large subset of small, customers & identify opportunities to expand wallet shareDevelop strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term loyaltyProvide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

    3. CRM Data Management & Reporting:

    Record all customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups in CRM to ensure accurate dataMaintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRMPrepare sales forecasts & performance reports for the Commercial LeaderAnalyze sales data to identify trends & opportunities for improvement


    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role.Strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

    Job Summary


    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our group of Technical Sales Representatives and Supply Partners. The Sales Support Specialist role will consist of CRM data management, including quoting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a strong understanding of the CASE Market and sales processes.

    Essential Job Duties


    CRM Data Management & Reporting:

    Provide CRM administration support to sales team and commercial leaders.Assist in recording of customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups in CRM to ensure accurate data.Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM in coordination with the sales team.Prepare performance reports for Commercial Leaders.Analyze sales data to identify trends & opportunities for improvement and sales growth.


    Supplier Communication:

    Serve as point of contact for supply partners, providing timely responses to inquiries and updates.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure supplier satisfaction and exceptional supplier experience.Communicate effectively with suppliers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Coordinate and manage supplier monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.


    Sales Support:

    Work with sales team on opportunity and pipeline data within CRM including managing and providing input on CRM dashboards.Process sample requests, track follow up and assist in the full scope of project inception to commercial success.Assist the sales team in managing leads, technical document requests, and providing administrative support.Collaborate with sales team and other client regulatory departments to ensure seamless technical documentation fulfillment and timely delivery.


    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in an inside sales or sales support role, preferably with D365 CRM experience.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Experience with process optimization and workflow management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer pain points and offer relevant value-added solutions

    Negotiation & Closing:
    Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales territory quotas
    Build long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
    Handle customer objections effectively and turn challenges into opportunities
