    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial electrical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service and safety compliance.
    Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.Work on facility systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to perform installations and repairs.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.Ensure all electrical work complies with GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations.Respond promptly to electrical emergencies to minimize disruptions to operations.Participate in validation and qualification processes for new equipment and system upgrades.
    Qualifications:Required- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) and Graduation from a recognized/accredited electrician trade school, community college, or equivalent programs with at least 576 classroom hours OR Completion of a formal electrician apprentice program that is approved by the United States Department of Labor or equivalent OR Verified Military training equivalent to a recognized/accredited trade school program or journeyman apprenticeship program.Licensed electrician with 5 years of experience.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and cGMP compliance requirements.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and electrical equipment such as electrical testing equipment, insulation testing equipment, small hand tools, pipe cutting, threading and bending tools, soldering equipment and testing apparatus.Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license
    Physical Requirements:Physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting upwards of 50 pounds, may be required.Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.Work in environments with temperature variations, cleanrooms, and exposure to chemicals, adhering to safety protocols.This role may be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, noisy operating equipment and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
