    About the Role:

    As a Software Engineer for X Product/Platform, you'll join the thirty person team responsible for building and scaling X. You will be tasked with independently owning significant parts of the system end-to-end: from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend services, data infrastructure, and deep AI integrations. This is a unique opportunity to impact while creating products that are loved by 600M+ users globally.
    Responsibilities:

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in corporate transactions, securities filings, and investment banking legal work to support the training of advanced AI systems. You will collaborate with technical teams to refine annotation tools and curate impactful data, ensuring our models effectively capture real-world legal analysis and corporate documentation dynamics. On average most projects may involve at least 10 hours per week to achieve deliverables effectively though this is not a fixed commitment and depends on the scope of work.     As a Commercial Counsel at xAI, you'll support procurement efforts by negotiating high-value deals for software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, services and any thing else under the sun! Working closely with the Data Center and Procurement Lead, you'll tackle complex agreements, ensure compliance, and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.
