We are looking for an experienced Digital Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead this transformation.
This is not an IT support position. We are seeking someone with experience in manufacturing systems, ERP implementation, CRM integration, process automation, and production tracking who can help modernize every aspect of our operations.
Position Overview
The Digital Manufacturing Systems Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's digital manufacturing infrastructure.
The successful candidate will work directly with ownership and department managers to integrate our ERP (Opera), CRM (HubSpot), and factory production systems into one seamless workflow, providing real-time visibility from sales through manufacturing and shipping.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Opera ERP system.Implement and administer HubSpot CRM.Design and implement real-time production tracking throughout the factory.Integrate Opera ERP, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and other business systems.Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for management.Design barcode or QR code tracking for all production stations.Create automated workflows between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, and Shipping.Improve inventory tracking and material flow.Develop production reporting and scheduling tools.Work with department managers to improve operational efficiency.Lead digital transformation projects throughout the organization.Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and software.Factory Production Flow to be Digitized
The successful candidate will develop and maintain tracking for every production station,
The goal is to provide real-time visibility into every job, allowing management to instantly identify production status, bottlenecks, and estimated completion dates.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience implementing ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflowsExperience integrating multiple business systemsKnowledge of SQL databases and reporting toolsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing inventory processes, the ability to distinguish between sales and liabilities, and the skills to accurately and properly categorize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and bank statements.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and tracking payments.Process payroll accurately and on time.Categorize state taxes and ensure timely payments.Maintain a detailed paper trail of all transactions by vendors and clients.Record foreign currency transactions accurately by creating an exchange rate account to track gains and losses on exchange rates.Keep track of clients' tax-exempt certificates.Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.Support budgeting processes and monitor performance against budgets.Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, and tax authorities, if necessary.Meet with management regularly to review bank reconciliations, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.Use accounting software proficiently to manage financial data.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing inventory processes.Ability to differentiate between sales and liabilities.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.High level of integrity and reliability.Experience in recording foreign currency transactions and managing exchange rate accounts.Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.Work Schedule:
