    Guest Services Ambassador (GSA): The Hotel's Face and Service Champion!

    This dynamic role requires you to conduct all front desk operations in an efficient, accurate, and thorough manner. You will work closely with other departments to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay, embodying our value to "Bring the Energy."


    Your Essential Service & Operational Functions


    As the GSA, you are the cornerstone of the guest journey, responsible for administrative accuracy, service excellence, and property safety.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Guest Relations: Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance. Meet with and solicit comments from guests regularly to determine satisfaction. Respond to situations as they arise and manage guest conflict effectively.

    Front Desk Coordination: Coordinate all front desk operations such as check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events. Handle operational needs efficiently to ensure a seamless experience.

    Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety of the building and occupants, contacting emergency services/law enforcement when needed. Be able to respond effectively and according to procedure in times of emergency. Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards.

    Revenue Generation: Execute the lead management process and review Studio Inventory daily to maximize studio revenue. Maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to maximize overall revenue.


    Operational Support & Shift Requirements


    You are key to the smooth running of the property, providing cross-functional support and maintaining a constant presence.

    Property Support: Perform Laundry Duties (sorting, washing, drying, and folding company linen and terry, plus general cleaning of facilities).

    Team Versatility: Cross-train on the duties of all non-management staff members and perform those duties as needed or requested by supervision.

    Shift Commitment: GSAs are required to stay on site for their entire shift until relieved. A paid 30-minute meal break is provided in consideration; the break is to be taken as available.

    This is a critical, hands-on role where you are directly responsible for the general and preventive maintenance of the facility, both inside and out. Your attention to detail ensures a flawless experience for our guests and supports our "We Are Inspired – Service" value every day. You are the frontline problem-solver who keeps our properties operating smoothly!


    Your Operational Duties


    Essential Light & Preventive Maintenance: Perform all light and preventive maintenance of the facility interior and exterior, ensuring compliance with Value Place Brand Standards.

    Plumbing & Electrical: Complete light plumbing (e.g., toilet repair, snaking, faucet repair) and light electrical tasks (e.g., changing an outlet or wall switch).

    Studio Maintenance: Execute Studio Preventive Maintenance Programs (painting, caulking, janitorial work), including room preparation after a guest moves out, and identifying pest issues.

    Grounds & Common Areas: Maintain and clean public spaces, including parking lot upkeep, and execute the Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Program.

    Property Support & Cross-Training: Perform Laundry Duties (sorting, washing, and folding linen/terry, cleaning facilities). Cross-train and provide backup coverage for the duties of the Move-Out, Stay-Over, and Flex Attendants as needed.

    Emergency Response: Be On-Call as needed. When responding to emergencies, the MA will clock in/out, and all time is considered working time.

    Adherence to Standards: Perform all duties as assigned by supervision.

    Willingness to perform housekeeping and laundry duties as required.

    Your Operational Duties


    As our General Manager, you are the strategic mastermind and the on-site leader responsible for the property's overall performance and culture.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Execute Full Property Oversight: Assume complete operational responsibility for the hotel, ensuring all aspects of the property run efficiently, from maintenance to guest services.

    Drive Financial Results: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. This includes P&L management, budget control, oversight of daily bank deposits, and continuous local sales execution to maximize extended stay occupancy.

    Lead & Coach the Team: Actively manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the entire hotel staff. Complete accurate weekly schedules, administer performance management and disciplinary action, and foster a positive work environment.

    Quality & Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered. This includes daily inspection of all vacant rooms and upholding brand standards across the property.

    Corporate Alignment: Complete and submit required weekly reports and participate in all corporate calls to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

    Area Cleaning: Clean hotel areas including, but not limited to, guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, and stairways according to company standards and within required time frames.

    Replenishing Supplies: Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry, etc., in various areas such as guest rooms and restrooms.

    Waste Management: Transport trash and waste to the disposal area efficiently and hygienically.

    Equipment Maintenance: Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment to ensure readiness for all tasks.

    Guest Interaction: Always greet guests in a warm, friendly manner, providing a welcoming presence throughout the property.


    Safety, Security, and Additional Support


    You are committed to safety and contribute directly to essential support functions like laundry.

    Safety & Security: Strictly adhere to safety & security policies to ensure personal safety, the safety of guests and their belongings, and company property.

    Chemical Handling: Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, unnecessary damage, or accidents.

    House Laundry: Perform House Laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing company linen and terry.

    Facility Maintenance: Contribute to the cleaning and organizing of the House and Commercial Laundry areas.
