    This Opportunity WSP is seeking to grow its Transportation team and is currently searching for an Assistant Utility Coordinator for our Indianapolis, IN office. The candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated person to serve as a key technical resource on all types of challenging Roadway, Bridge Designers, Traffic and Drainage projects. Your Impact * As an Assistant Utility Coordinator, you will support INDOT and LPA transportation projects throughout Indiana by serving as a key technical and utility coordination resource during the design and construction phases of the project. The selected candidate will perform utility conflict analysis and develop recommendations to resolve conflicts, prepare agreements, approve final work plans, and other related efforts. Typical duties may include the following: * Utilize INDOT's UMS software. * Coordinate with utilities throughout all phases of the project to obtain final work plans and relocation schedules. * Lead or facilitate meetings involving utility-specific activities. * Maintain a CAD file of existing and proposed utility locations. * Review Utility Work Plans for technical completeness and approval. * Review Cost estimates and prepares agreements for reimbursable relocation. * Maintain database of all correspondence with utilities. * Create a professional environment of innovation, opportunity, development, and continuous improvement that supports office objectives.
