As a member of the team in the Lead Generator position, you will identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue. The goal is to schedule customers for Heating and Cooling service appointments offered by Wrench Group. We are Floridas premier heating and cooling company. Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the companys business image with Home Depot. Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot. Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store. Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment. Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store. Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees. Achieve to specified program KPIs and goals. Attend required meetings and training courses. Do I have What it Takes? A person who enjoys face to face interaction while being outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated. Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection. Present positive and optimistic attitude. Must be a self-starter with a result driven disposition. Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions to potential customers. Intuitive ability to measure interest of customers. Must be Detail oriented with good time management skills. Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment from potential customers. Ability to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time.   We’re looking for an Advanced Analytics Architect to design and scale Generative BI (GenBI) capabilities across Wrench Group. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, AI, and user experience, turning complex enterprise data into simple, conversational, and actionable insights.

  Responsibilities

  What You’ll DoArchitect and deliver GenBI solutions powered by LLMs and natural language queryDesign semantic models, metric layers, and AI-ready data foundationsBuild AI-driven dashboards, automated insights, and intelligent reporting experiencesIntegrate tools like Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, and FoundryOwn the full lifecycle: design → deployment → governance → optimizationImplement MLOps-style model management, performance monitoring, and data quality controlsDrive innovation (predictive insights, anomaly detection, conversational analytics)Partner with business leaders to turn data into real decisions and outcomesEnable adoption through training, documentation, and self-service tools
  

  Qualifications

  What You Bring5+ years in analytics, BI, or data engineeringHands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, AI integration)Strong expertise in SQL + semantic modeling (Power BI, dbt, etc.)Experience with modern data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, etc.)Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutionsStrong communicator who can translate complex AI/data into business value
