Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accountsEngage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closingTrack all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potentialUtilize World's broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners. At World, you will have access to resources to help any client solve any challenge, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.Qualifications
Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clientsMust be willing to become each client's trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of businessIt is meaningful, but not mandatory, if you have:Sold commercial insurance for a top broker. Based on your experience, World will enhance your expertise through the company's training program;Used an insurance agency management software platform, like AMS360 and Epic, and have experience with a sales CRM (World uses HubSpot); andBuilt and presented client "pitch decks" / presentations.Compensation As a World Insurance Producer, your compensation is tied to your effort and your performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $200,000+. The base salary depends on your experience and your ability to drive revenue.
