Responsibilities and Requirements
Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)Develop client prospecting file upon lead receiptQuote pricing, rates and inventory availabilityMeet and greet prospects (by appointment)Present and demonstrate inventoryReceive credit applications (manually and online)Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certificationsUnderstand and implement dealership sales processMaintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standardsTake digital photos for posting on websiteMust be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) softwareCompensation

Planet Ford Dallas currently has an opportunity for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Associate. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have the drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
Our Preowned Sales Associates can earn up to $100,000 in their first year!

The Pre-Owned Sales Associate will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service. Additional responsibilities include:
Utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) softwareProspects for new clientsAccountable for departmental performance standards; “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and vehicles soldHas proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certificationsUnderstands and adheres to the dealership sales processAttends weekly department meetingsThe requirements
