Required qualifications for the position include:
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2–3 years of mortgage operations experience (post-closing, government loans, or quality control preferred).Strong knowledge of FHA and VA loan programs and government insuring requirements.Ability to interpret and apply agency guidelines and job aids.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Prior experience with FHA and/or VA insuring or endorsement.Experience reviewing closed loan files and resolving compliance issues.Pay Rate: $27.18 per hour
