    The Sr. IT Auditor is responsible for leading IT audits, executing audit engagements, conducting and leading planning, walkthrough, and testing meetings with business units.

    Your specific duties will include:

    Develop and maintain risk and control matrices (RCMs) along with detailed audit programsTrack audit progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to audit leadershipPrepare clear, concise audit reports and support team initiatives and special projectsLead the planning and execution of audit programs to evaluate the effectiveness of key IT controls and risk mitigation efforts; coordinate with external auditors as neededManage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, scope, and objectives are metConduct interviews with stakeholders to identify control gaps and areas for process improvementCompile and present audit findings, highlighting key risks, control deficiencies, and business impact for management review.

    Required qualifications for the position include:

    Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or AccountingMinimum of 4 years of experience in IT Audit or Information Technology, including experience with IT control analysis and development, IT risk assessment, information security, and technology risk management, and an understanding of financial institutions.Solid knowledge and experience with applications and products, such as Windows AD, UNIX/AIX/Linux, Oracle/SQL Databases, etc.Thorough understanding of IT and Information Security standards and governance (NIST, ISO, COBIT, COSO, FFIEC, NCUA, CIS Top 20 Critical Security Controls), data center operations,

    Pay Rate Range : $90,000 - $100,000 for salaried positions

    Specific qualifications for the position include

    Must be Spanish Bilingual.High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of auto finance collection experience within a call center environment. 2 years of auto finance skip tracing/repossession experience in a late-stage (120+ days) department. Previous customer service, sales, and/or collections experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with working knowledge of MS Office.


    Pay Rate Range:  $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE.

    Examine residential title records to determine ownership and identify liens, judgments, easements, restrictions, and other title issues.Review public records, legal documents, tax records, surveys, plats, and other documentation to establish a clear chain of title.Prepare accurate title commitments and title reports.Identify title defects and communicate findings to escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams.Research and resolve complex title issues when necessary.Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, company policies, and state regulations.Maintain productivity while delivering a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Collaborate with operations, escrow, and closing teams to facilitate timely closings.Assist with commercial title examinations when applicable (preferred but not required).

    Required qualifications for the position include:

    3+ years of residential title examining experience required.Commercial title examining experience is a strong plus.Thorough understanding of title search procedures, title insurance, and real estate transactions.Ability to interpret legal descriptions, deeds, judgments, easements, plats, and recorded documents.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines.Experience with title production software and county recording systems preferred.

Currently, we have an Escrow Operations Specialist for a Premiere Title Company in Coraopolis, PA.  We are seeking an experienced title and escrow professional with a strong background in Closing Disclosure (CD) and Settlement Statement preparation. This role will serve as a key operational resource supporting multiple functions within the title and escrow process, including pre-closing, closing coordination, settlement preparation, scheduling, post-closing, and funding support.

    The Escrow Operations Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

    Your specific duties will include:

    Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) and Settlement Statements for residential real estate transactions.Coordinate and schedule closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and other parties.Review files prior to closing to ensure all documentation and conditions have been satisfied.Assist with balancing transactions and verifying closing figures.Support funding and disbursement processes.Perform post-closing functions, including file review, document follow-up, and issue resolution.Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate closings.Serve as a cross-functional resource capable of assisting in multiple operational areas during periods of increased volume or employee absences.Identify and resolve transaction issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Required qualifications for the position include:

    5+ years of experience in title, escrow, or settlement services.Strong expertise preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs) and Settlement Statements.Experience supporting the full closing lifecycle, including scheduling, pre-close, closing, funding, and post-closing activities.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Experience working with title, escrow, or settlement software platforms.

    Pay Rate Range: $22.00 -$30.00/hr DOE
