We are expanding our data team and seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into insights and drive smarter decision-making across our products and operations.

    Position Summary

    As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping our teams understand business performance, user behavior, and growth opportunities. You will gather, interpret, and present data that supports strategic decisions across marketing, product development, finance, and leadership.

    This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through data, curious about product and user behavior, and experienced with extracting insights from complex datasets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems (databases, product usage, marketing tools, etc.).Build dashboards and visualizations that provide insight into KPIs, user engagement, and product performance.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across platforms like PDFSimpli.com.Work with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to translate business questions into data questions—and deliver answers.Conduct A/B tests and conversion analysis to support product and marketing optimization.Write reports and present findings in clear, actionable formats.Maintain and enhance data pipelines in collaboration with engineers when needed.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.

    Required Skills & Experience

    2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.Strong command of SQL for data querying and transformation.Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar web/product analytics platforms.Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and comfort handling large datasets.

    Bonus / Preferred Skills

    Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis or automation.Experience working in a SaaS or digital product environment.Understanding of customer behavior metrics, growth funnels, and product performance KPIs.Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).Exposure to A/B testing platforms and methodology.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.Equivalent experience or certifications (Google Data Analytics, etc.) will be considered.

As our infrastructure and user base grow, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and optimize our development and deployment processes.

    Job Summary

    The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in managing and automating our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring. You'll collaborate closely with developers and system administrators to streamline our software delivery and ensure platform reliability, security, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment.Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean) for availability, scalability, and security.Monitor system performance and reliability; implement logging, alerts, and recovery strategies.Collaborate with development teams to support feature rollouts, bug fixes, and environment configuration.Write and maintain scripts for automation using tools like Bash, Python, or Terraform.Enforce best practices for DevOps, infrastructure as code (IaC), and system security.Maintain and monitor staging and production environments.Assist in managing DNS, SSL certificates, and backups.

    Required Skills & Experience

    2–4 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or System Administrator role.Proficiency with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.Strong understanding of Linux servers, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.Experience with version control (Git) and container orchestration.Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills.Excellent communication and ability to work across departments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Familiarity with Nginx, Apache, MySQL, and Redis.Exposure to security practices, including firewalls, SSH, and vulnerability scanning.Previous experience supporting SaaS platforms or web applications at scale.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.Equivalent professional experience and/or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) also considered.
