Ensure architectural consistency, eliminating duplicative efforts and aligning solutions with overall business and IT strategy. Serve as a Level 4 escalation point for operational issues, supporting complex problem resolution and root-cause analysis. Oversee technology lifecycle planning to ensure solutions remain current, reliable, and secure across application, network, desktop, server, and storage environments. Develop and maintain an enterprise technology vision; assess current needs and anticipate future infrastructure requirements. Ensure installations, upgrades, and architecture decisions comply with policies, procedures, and licensing parameters. Identify and implement best practices in infrastructure architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Evaluate software requirements and lead architectural efforts for high availability and disaster recovery planning. What You Bring Technical Qualifications 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in an architect-level role. Proven ability to work with and lead Infrastructure and DevOps teams to deliver strategic solutions. Expert-level knowledge of core infrastructure technologies: Windows-based servers Enterprise networking Azure/AWS cloud (IaaS/PaaS) Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 Active Directory / Entra ID Microsoft SQL Server Virtualization platforms Enterprise SAN storage Cloud certifications in Azure or AWS at the architecture level (required).
