As a Production Associate, your hands shape the small components that keep larger machines running across the country. You will work in a clean, climate controlled facility in Battle Creek where assembly, molding, and coating happen side by side. Some days move fast. Some nights move faster. If you take pride in steady work and tight tolerances, this role makes sense. Overtime is part of the rhythm, and weekends show up when production calls. The work is straightforward. Do it right, and the product speaks for itself.This manufacturing facility in Battle Creek produces precision components used in larger industrial and consumer products. The operation runs multiple shifts with a focus on quality control, consistent output, and maintaining a clean, temperature controlled production floor.Each shift you may assemble small parts, operate molding or coating equipment, inspect finished pieces for defects, and package completed product. You will follow written instructions, monitor machine output, and make basic adjustments while keeping your station organized and on pace.What we offer the Production Associate position
    • $16.50 per hour for 1st shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm)
    • $17.25 per hour for 2nd shift (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)
    • $18.00 per hour for 3rd shift (10:30 pm to 7:00 am or 10:00 pm to 6:30 am)• Weekly pay
