You will run, monitor, and adjust equipment that shapes metal parts every single shift, and you will see the work you do in products people use. The pace is steady, the team depends on each other, and you will be trained on the tools you will run. These roles expects grit, attention, and a solid work rhythm. There is room to earn more as you prove you are reliable and consistent in your work.This is a metal manufacturing facility in Sparta, Michigan focused on die casting. It moves high volumes of parts, values attendance and improvement, and supports workers with structured training and performance reviews.Each day, you’ll set up and operate machines throughout the shift, watch part quality closely, and make basic tooling adjustments as needed. You handle raw material and finished parts safely, keep the work area organized, and communicate any quality or machine issues to lead staff before they turn into bigger problems.What we offer the Secondary Operator and Die Cast Machine Operator positions:• 1st shift pay: $17.00 -$18 per hour
    • 2nd shift pay: $18.50 - $19 per hour

    • 1st shift schedule: 5 am to 3:20 pm (must be comfortable with 12 hour shifts as needed)
