Minimum Requirements:
· Position requires to be available/on call 24/7-cell phone and laptop will be provided
· Extensive training/knowledge in general maintenance and repair to include-ammonia systems, warehouse environment, recording keeping of documents, working with contractors.
· 2 years technical school and 3 years’ experience in closely related field work preferred but not required
· Three years minimum experience as a Maintenance Manager. General Manager experience preferred.
· Ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
· Strong communication skills-will be dealing with many vendors
· Extensive experience with Ammonia Systems required.
· Knowledge of Electrical Power Generators
· Strong English skills, reading, written and verbal
· Excellent follow up and follow through skills
Computer Skills:

Job Purpose: To manage the day to day supply chain business needs supporting operation and management of Imports nationwide. Oversee the proper administration of the operational plans designed and implemented for these sites respectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the development and implementation of processes supporting our Supply Chain needs. These include PO and inventory capacity levels ensuring service to our stores thru product delivery to our main hubs.
· Coordinates with other operational resources in the supply chain network developing strategic and tactical metrics keeping capacity levels at proper WOS / percentages by site.
· Supports and manages supply chain PO impacts to inventory levels ensuring capacities are not exceeded due to poor processing and/or planning.
· Using PO management tracking specifically to domestic produce vendors, mixing center shipments, container Imports export and domestic shipments.
· Designs, creates, and implements impact planning to the supply chain network for specific or multiple warehouses as needed by using the various systemic sites, PCC Portal, Whse Portal, Gold, TMW and any other tracking metrics available.
· Build a world class supply chain team meeting transportation and warehouse needs.
· Able to negotiate, maintain communication and act as liaison between carriers, vendors and operations.
· Reviews PO / SKU records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures supporting capacity level expectations and any impacts in an effort to determine adequacy of stock levels.
· Traces PO forecasting of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies to minimize capacity impacts.
· Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency within the supply chain teams

· Analyze, create, edit, track and trace imports nationwide

· Checking the delivery status and share with Operations, Logistic team.
· Document corrective actions and improvement plans properly, and verify plan's effectiveness.
· Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.

Minimum Requirements:
· Must have 2 – 5 years of grocery, cold chain industry fields at higher than manager level.
· Must have experience managing carriers, brokers in the transportation market.
· Must have experience in cold chain management both Whse and Transportation
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
