    About the Team

    As part of the Product & Compliance team dedicated to our Government Industry Vertical within the Product & Technology Organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy within this key market. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption and success of Workday solutions within government agencies by fostering seamless collaboration across product development, compliance, consulting and go-to-market teams.

    The charter includes compliance with Federal security standards (e.g. Fedramp - IL2/IL4, Secret, Top Secret) in addition to ensuring coverage of Federal OPM mandates and custom requirements across Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Financials required to power the Federal Government etc. The goal is to have both a near term view and a long term view of the business while tracking updates and changes in the Federal business landscape.

    About the Role

    Workday is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Workday Technical Architect to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions within our Workday environment. We're looking for someone with technical leadership skills, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our Workday integrations, customizations, and overall architecture. You will collaborate closely with functional architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical designs.

    Responsibilities

    You will be the responsible for understanding customer requirements, charting a path forward for configuration, customization and in some cases net new features.

    Design and architect comprehensive Workday integration solutions applying various Workday tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Extend.

    Create a point of view on scale, visibility, security of each module individually and collectively based on product architecture and customer requirements.

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Workday developers and technical resources, ensuring alignment to architectural standards.

    Own the development and deployment of complex Workday integrations with both internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.

    Design and develop custom Workday solutions, including calculated fields, custom reports, business process configurations, and Workday Extend applications, to meet specific business requirements.

    Define and implement Workday security standard processes, including role-based access control (RBAC), data security policies, and integration security protocols.

    Supervise and analyze Workday system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure efficient and scalable operations.

    About You

    We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented individual with a strong passion for technology and a deep understanding of the Workday platform. This person possesses excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, and a proven track record of leading technical initiatives. They'll thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

    Basic Qualifications

    7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for enterprise-level systems.

    5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday technical architect or senior Workday Integration/Development lead.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Other Qualifications

    Deep expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).

    Solid understanding of data integration patterns, data security, and performance optimization techniques.

    Experience with developing custom Workday solutions (calculated fields, reports, Extend).

    Solid understanding of Workday security concepts and standard processes.

    Experience with data migration and conversion methodologies for Workday.

    Security Clearance is a plus in this role.

    As a member of the Enablement team, you will be joining a crucial part of Workday's Solution Consulting Organization. This diverse and skilled team is responsible for scaling the Workday Solution Consulting Organization and its Partner ecosystem.     About the Role

    The Solution Consulting Enablement role is crucial for scaling Workday's Solution Consulting Organization and Partner ecosystem. This individual will focus on empowering Workday SCs and Partners with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to effectively demonstrate and present Workday products. By enhancing our solution consulting capabilities, this role directly contributes to their sales success and Workday's overall market growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and Deliver Enablement Programs: Design, build, and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and resources tailored to the specific needs of Workday partners' solution consulting teams.

    Product Demonstration Expertise: Provide deep-dive training on Workday product features, functionality, and value propositions, with a strong emphasis on effective demonstration techniques for various audiences and use cases.

    Presentation and Storytelling Coaching: Coach partners on developing compelling presentations and narratives that articulate Workday's outstanding value, address customer problems, and differentiate Workday in competitive scenarios.

    Content Creation: Produce high-quality enablement content, including demo scripts, presentation templates, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and standard methodology guides for partner solution consultants.

    Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to supervise the efficiency of enablement initiatives and partner proficiency, using data to refine programs and identify areas for improvement.

    Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with key partner solution consulting leaders and teams to understand their enablement needs and gather feedback.

    Collaboration: Work closely with internal Workday Solution Consulting, Product, Sales, and Partner Management teams to ensure alignment of enablement content with product updates, sales strategies, and market demands.

    Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Workday product releases, market trends, and competitive intelligence to ensure enablement content remains relevant and impactful.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Enablement or Pre-Sales role, preferably within an enterprise SaaS or cloud software environment.

    2+ years of experience in an enablement, training, or mentor role, specifically passionate about technical sales or solution consulting teams.

    2+ years experience working with external partners or channel ecosystems.

    2+ years understanding and hands-on experience with Workday's suite of products (Workday HCM is required)

    Other Qualifications:

    Workday certifications in specific modules (e.g., HCM, Financials).

    Certifications in instructional design, adult learning principles, or sales enablement methodologies.

    Previous experience working directly for a Workday partner.

    Global or multi-regional enablement experience.

    Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).

    Proficiency in crafting engaging multimedia content (e.g., video tutorials, interactive simulations).

    Experience with competitive analysis and positioning

    Strong grasp of enterprise software sales cycles and the role of solution consulting within them.

    Familiarity with the partner landscape and the outstanding needs of channel or resell partners.

    Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

    About the Role

    Evisort is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Management Consultant to help lead and develop our strategic consulting function for clients. This role is pivotal in helping understand our clients’ business needs, and to advise on redefining their contract management processes to derive significant value from our AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using their extensive expertise in legal, business process, and the application of AI technology to drive business value, improve operational efficiency and achieve the desired outcomes with Evisort.

    As a Management Consultant, you will:

    Supervise aspects of change readiness, deployment strategies, and influencing customer initiatives, enabling global enterprise customers to drive groundbreaking change across business domains and processes

    Develop relationships as a consultant and business advisor to a CSM, Regional Sales Director, and team of Workday Account Executives – working alongside them and the industry’s outstanding pre and post-sales teams to engage, excite, and educate Workday prospects on their transformation

    Build a solid understanding of Workday’s technology, including Evisort’s Contract Intelligence and CLM, to deliver compelling and relevant messages around its outstanding and differentiated value

    Drive engaging discovery interviews with HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT partners to uncover struggles and to understand business processes within their organizations

    Develop and deliver compelling narratives, engaging case materials, and presentations to senior and C-level business audiences

    Conduct consultative quantitative analysis, return on investment modeling, blueprinting and benchmarking

    Contribute more broadly to the Value Management practice by crafting and sharing new standard methodologies, innovation frameworks, and thought leadership

    About You

    Basic Qualifications:

    8+ years experience in a relevant field such as legal, AI, technology, consulting, finance, professional services, corporate strategy, value engineering or sales

    5+ years of experience in enterprise software, ideally CLM and contract analytics, procurement, human capital management, finance, and/or corporate planning.

    5+ years building cases for change, value assessments and realization studies, process maturity evaluations, and building blueprints for customer journeys.

    Other Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred: JD, MBA, CPA or CFA highly encouraged

    Deep subject matter expertise in contract management, AI, and digital transformation

    Outstanding presentation and communication skills,, with the ability to articulate sophisticated concepts to diverse audiences

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to addressing business challenges.

    Experience with and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with senior partners in large organizations

    Strong consulting abilities including excellent discovery, process analysis, quantitative modeling, active listening, teamwork, and executive presence

    Curious and adaptable to a variety of business models and industries

    Understanding of customer journeys, maturity models, software deal dynamics and the ability to think strategically about driving software opportunities forward

    About You

    Basic Qualifications :

    3+ years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Enablement or Pre-Sales role, preferably within an enterprise SaaS or cloud software environment.

    2+ years of experience in an enablement, training, or coaching role, specifically focused on technical sales or solution consulting teams.

    2+ years experience working with external partners or channel ecosystems.

    2+ years understanding and hands-on experience with Workday's suite of products (Workday HCM is required)

    Other Qualifications :

    Workday certifications in specific modules (e.g., HCM, Financials).

    Certifications in instructional design, adult learning principles, or sales enablement methodologies.

    Previous experience working directly for a Workday partner.

    Global or multi-regional enablement experience.

    Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).

    Proficiency in crafting engaging multimedia content (e.g., video tutorials, interactive simulations).

    Experience with competitive analysis and positioning

    Strong grasp of enterprise software sales cycles and the role of solution consulting within them.

    Familiarity with the partner landscape and the outstanding needs of channel or resell partners.

    Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
