Candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting, especially for furniture items in our La-Z-Boy account, which are floor-loaded. You will also assist with sorting IKEA freight, requiring strong attention to detail.What You’ll Be DoingForklift experience is preferred but not required for this position.
    Load and unload trucks/containers and put away product.
    Pick and pull customer orders accurately.
    Handle inbound/outbound materials properly and efficiently.
    Run reconciliation reports to verify transaction accuracy.
    Check outbound materials against paperwork to ensure correctness.
    Sort La-Z-Boy furniture (heavy lifting required; floor-loaded freight).
    Sort IKEA freight (requires strong attention to detail).
    Perform general warehouse maintenance, including stock rotation (FIFO) and equipment upkeep.
    Assist the Logistics Supervisor with various operational tasks.
    Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other associates.
