    Job SummaryWe are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring an organized and efficient warehouse environment.     What You’ll Be Doing• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips
    • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues
    • Label, store, and organize inventory in designated areas
    • Prepare and package outgoing shipments
    • Generate shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
    • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers
    • Maintain and update inventory systems (ERP/WMS)
    • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
    • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
    What We’re Looking For
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 1–3+ years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
    • Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus
    • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and on a team
    • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
