Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Commercial HVAC construction, with a strong focus on installation and project supervision.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising field employees within the construction industry.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, particularly commercial HVAC systems (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Home Energy System Mastery: Dive into the installation, wiring, and integration of advanced residential battery storage systems, including Tesla Powerwall, Enphase Encharge, Generac PWRcell, and custom setups.
AC Integration Expertise: Expertly manage AC electrical work related to battery and solar system tie-ins, including inverter wiring, load management devices, and system commissioning.
Comprehensive Electrical Solutions: Provide a full spectrum of residential electrical services, including new construction and remodel wiring, service upgrades and replacements, lighting installations, appliance wiring, and expert troubleshooting of general electrical issues.
Advanced Diagnostics and Problem-Solving: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve complex AC/DC electrical challenges within both cutting-edge residential energy systems and traditional residential electrical setups.
Code Compliance Champion: Ensure that every installation adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and manufacturer specifications for both energy storage solutions and general electrical work.
Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with solar installation teams (when applicable) to guarantee seamless system integration and optimal performance. Provide expert consultative services to clients, identifying electrical issues, proposing effective solutions, and recommending valuable upgrades or improvements.
Client Empowerment: Educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of their battery and integrated power systems, and address all general electrical inquiries with clarity and confidence. Operational Precision: Maintain meticulous digital records, including detailed pictures of work performed and materials used. What We Need From You:
High school diploma/GED required; completion of an electrical program at a technical or trade school is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
Demonstrable mastery of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair techniques for a wide range of electrical systems and equipment.
Proven expertise in residential electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on AC and battery integration.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
The ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
A valid driver's license and residence within the Greater St. Louis area.
The physical stamina and capability to perform essential job functions, including climbing, bending, pulling, reaching overhead, standing/walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 60lbs.
